an archivist documents how people of mixed race in S. Africa were evicted from their homes

In the bottom of this story about the eviction of mixed raced people from their land in South Africa during apartheid is the story of one of those evicted women who became an archivist and is documenting that event and the people who survived it. There is a process now for people who were evicted to appeal for the return of their land. This lady's family is appealing, trying to get their family home, which is now derelict, and land back. It is a long process and few succeed at it. Very interesting story and topic to document. Read more about it here
