Twitter opens accounts to Pakistani blasphemous accounts

Twitter opens access to blasphemous accounts in Pakistan which it closed previously after the country's telecoms authority complained. Most of these were anti-Islamic in nature. All sites were notified. For some reason (unspecified) Twitter "re-examined" the situation and without additional information decided to restore access. Twitter decides on blocks on a country-by-country basis. Other bans actively in place include: neo-Nazi accounts in Germany, homophobic tweets in France, and claims in India that a certain drink was contaminated.  Read more about it here http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-27902627
