1 piece in Gurlitt hoard declared "looted art"

A Matisse of a seated woman has become the first piece of art in the Gurlitt hoard that has been declared "looted art" by experts. There is strong documentation that it was in fact looted from a Jewish art dealer in 1941. It should be returned to the family. The only question is when this will occur? How many other pieces will be declared "looted art"? It all depends on documentation. Even if it is highly likely, there must be documentation to prove it.
